What is the minimum order quantity?
The standard MOQ is 1,000 pcs. Any product-specific requirement is confirmed during quoting.
How long does a sample take?
Sample lead time is 24–48 hours. Share your packaging brief so the team can confirm the sample requirements.
What is the typical production lead time?
Typical production lead time is 2–5 weeks, depending on product, quantity and process. Your production schedule is confirmed for the project.
What can I customize?
Discuss materials, structure, printing, finishing and inserts. The options for your packaging are confirmed during quoting.
Will my packaging be manufactured in Vietnam?
HC Packaging operates four factories: two in Vietnam and two in China. Manufacturing site is confirmed during quoting; the network does not establish the origin of every product or order.
Which certifications apply to my order?
The applicable holder, site, scope and validity must be checked for your project. FSC coverage requires the corresponding FSC claim in sales or transport documents. Certifications, audits and authorizations do not automatically apply to every order.
What do you need to prepare a quote?
Send the product or packaging type, dimensions, order quantity, artwork, material and finishing requirements if known, and target delivery date. Include any compliance requirements.
